![]() The Barron County Fair in Rice Lake operates a two-day meet in July. Wisconsin Gambling Age: Bingo, lotteries and racing: 18 years / Wisconsin Casinos: 21 years. Any activity that involves the elements of consideration, prize, and chance is gambling and illegal unless authorized by Wisconsin Law. One-day meets are conducted at the Iowa County Fair in Mineral Point in June, July, and September, and at the Vernon County Fair in Viroqua in September.
